I know, I'm a day late and a dollar short but since I'm just coming back to the blog-sphere I figured it was better late than never.
Here is my play-space. I use the larger monitor for play and the laptop's monitor to manage comms (TS/Vent/etc..) The stack of paper is a color copy of the latest Ombey map's tabbed to find the systems I need quickly. The colored strips around the monitor are the little 'flag arrows' you use to point out signature lines on documents. I write the names of my scouts on them and then move them around the Ombey map. Especially useful when I'm managing 20+ scouts during a Large Fleet Engagement. Since I'm a cheap bastard, I save them for later use.
